At our Hair Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their solly hair and beauty experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

COMMENTS

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

MEDIA

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

CANCELLATION

At solly hair and beauty, we do our best to make sure that all you need are taken care of. Please note that all deposits are non refundable under any circumstances, if you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know by amending your booking online or calling. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will loose your deposit and we cannot guarantee we will be able to slot you in. Want to find out more? Get in touch.

LATE ARRIVAL

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think that you going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be charge £10 extra, if you are over 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and may be reopened or given away to another client. You will have to reschedule another appointment or wait for an available slot on the same day.

LATE BOOKING

All appointments booked from 7:30pm shall be charge an extra charge of £20 as the appointment will extend to the closing time of 8pm

PREMIUM SLOTS

All appointments from 7:30pm are an additional £20

DEPOSIT

We do collect deposit of £25

REQUIREMENTS

For ALL services, please ensure your hair is properly washed and blow dried, unless you require that as an extra service. please note failure to do so may result to extra charges.

BRAIDS: Please bring only pre-pulled extensions for your appointment unless you are willing to purchase in the salon

WIGS: Please ensure your hair is brought to the salon five days prior to your appointment to avoid an extra charge of £15 if you bring your hair on the same day it is an extra £20

PRODUCT REFUNDS AND CANCELATIONS

REFUND POLICY
we do not offer refunds under any circumstances exchange only, providing the product bought is unopened and not used.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you purchase an item but then decide to cancel the order, please contact us or cancel the order using online. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will immediately cancel the order and refund you. If the order has already been dispatched, then you can return the item for a refund (see Returns Policy above).

FAQs

WILL THE HAIR SHED OR TANGLE?

The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle. It could last over a year if taken good care.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOM DUTIES?

Custom duties depend on your country custom policy, we usually put low value on the invoice to avoid the potential tax. You can also tell us the value you want to declare when you place order.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DELIVERY WAS DELAYED?

We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
